Any Capitalised term(s) used herein, unless defined specifically hereunder, shall have the meaning as ascribed to it in the End User License Agreement and/or the Usage Terms.

The terms and conditions specified herein regarding privacy of the OZOSMARTVIEW app users and the Content/Data that has been inserted/uploaded by them while registering with OZOSMARTVIEW and using the same (“Privacy Policy”) are binding and form a contract between you and Ozone Secutech Private Limited.

Ozone Secutech Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at H40, Bali Nagar, New Delhi-110015, India (hereinafter “OSPL” or “We”).

• Your privacy is important to OSPL . We developed this Privacy Policy so that you know how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your information. Please read through this Privacy Policy to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices.
• This Privacy Policy describes the treatment of information that OSPL collects on the OZOSMARTVIEW App where this Privacy Policy is posted and from certain of our products and applications. Additionally, it also spells out the treatment to the information that is uploaded/entered by you voluntarily while using OZOSMARTVIEW app . We encourage you to check the Privacy Policy before you intend to use OZOSMARTVIEW app .

Our personal and home products are intended for adults. However, for the use of our products and services by children, we are fully aware of the importance of taking extra preventive measures to protect privacy and security. We identify whether data subjects are children based on the age of majority defined by laws of the local countries and regions.
