PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION- OZOLOK

Any Capitalised term(s) used herein, unless defined specifically hereunder, shall have the meaning as ascribed to it in the End User License Agreement and/or the Usage Terms.

The terms and conditions specified herein regarding privacy of the OZOLOK Account holders/members and the Content/Data that has been inserted/uploaded by them while registering with OZOLOK and using the same (“Privacy Policy”) are binding and form a contract between you and Ozone Secutech Private Limited.

Ozone Secutech Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at H40, Bali Nagar, New Delhi-110015, India (hereinafter “OSPL” or “We”).

GENERAL

• Your privacy is important to OSPL . We developed this Privacy Policy so that you know how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your information. Please read through this Privacy Policy to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices.
• This Privacy Policy describes the treatment of information that OSPL collects on the websites/ OZOLOK Account/ OZOLOK compatible Device/ OZOLOK App where this Privacy Policy is posted and from certain of our products and applications. Additionally, it also spells out the treatment to the information that is uploaded/entered by you voluntarily while using the OZOLOK app . We encourage you to check the Privacy Policy before you intend to subscribe or become member by registering with OZOLOK .
• If you have questions or complaints regarding our compliance with the principles embodied related to maintenance of privacy and data protection in compliance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules and regulations framed thereunder and amended from time to time, please contact us by email at webmaster@ozonesecutech.com.

NATURE OF CONTENT/DATA COLLECTED

• In order to use the OZOLOK app, you shall have to upload/insert the Content/Data or part of it, which would be collected by OSPL for the purposes of rendering efficacious services to you as a user. Further, the Content/Data uploaded/entered by you will enable OSPL to identify you.
• The Content/Data that identifies you directly may be your first name or surname, your date of birth, your e-mail address, your photo, etc. We may also collect the Content/Data that identifies you indirectly such as your weight, your postcode, etc.
• The protection of the Content/Data is at the heart of our confidentiality policy and we undertake to preserve them by applying the optimum level of security.

USER’s RIGHT TOWARDS HIS CONTENT/DATA

• As a user of OZOLOK , you shall have the following rights in respect of your Content/Data:
• Right to access your Content/Data: Your Content/Data is and shall remain easily accessible. This means that you can always view, download and share your personal data, for you to easily record and have access to them.
• Right to amend your Content/Data: At any time you may amend, add to or update the Content/Data, which has been uploaded by you on OZOLOK app .
• Right to object processing of your Content/Data: You may for legitimate reasons object to your personal data being processed by contacting our customer care department. However, be aware that this action might limit the scope of OZOLOK app.
• Right to protect your data: OSPL uses various methods to safeguard your data from any unauthorized access.
• Right to control Content/Data sharing: We have designed and developed a screen that shows you clearly with whom you have shared your data. This tool has been conceived to allow you to control and stop the sharing of your data with our partners or with other users.

USE OF CONTENT/DATA BY OSPL

• Notwithstanding anything contained in any of the Conditions, OSPL may use Your Content/Data, as long as it is collected in a form that does not personally identify you, for the following purposes:
• To present your Content to you and to offer you innovative services;
• To improve OSPL ’s products and services;
• We never work with your Content when it identifies you unless you have given us your consent, for example in order to resolve a problem that you have pointed out to us when you contact our customer care department;
• To communicate information to you;
• To produce statistics and/or aggregated data analyses.
• We undertake not to sell your Content/Data without your prior agreement. We firmly believe that the Content/Data can serve the collective interest. We may produce statistics and analyses using collected Content/Data. They would first be anonymized beforehand to assure your privacy to be protected.
• Data anonymized and/or aggregated in this way are used in particular to:
• Improve our products and services in order to:
• Understand how our products and services are used and can be improved; and
• Improve the user experience of visitors on our websites and mobile applications.
• Demonstrate the efficacy of the connected objects:
• We communicate through our blog, advertising or the press, to inform the public about the impact of our products.

STAGES WHEN YOUR CONTENT/DATA IS COLLECTED

• While using the OZOLOK app, you may be entering/uploading the Content/Data at various stages while using OZOLOK  Account.
• Your Content/Data is also collected when you connect with any of our partners/agents or any other member of OSPL .
• When you contact our customer care, you provide us with information that allows us to identify you. The information transmitted remains confidential when you contact us through our website or OZOLOK App. For the purposes of responding to your support request, some of your data may be temporarily communicated to our teams until the problem is solved. We ensure that our teams comply strictly with our confidentiality policy.
• When You Share lock access with  Friends and Family: To enable the family and friends to operate hardware locks, authorized e-key and passcodes are required, OZOLOK lets you share the access  with users who are already using OZOLOK  or invite friends who have not yet joined. You can share access with friends and family members by providing their email addresses or from the contact list on your phone. When you share your friends’ contact information with us to add them as a friend, we will only use it for this purpose. We do not store your phone’s contact list, and it is deleted immediately after it is used for this purpose.

SHARING OF CONTENT/DATA BY YOU

• Visibility Settings: The privacy settings on new OZOLOK accounts are set to reveal minimal data about you with the purpose of getting you active and involved with the OZOLOK  app.

AGE OF CONTENT/DATA

• Unless otherwise prescribed by any law for the time being in force, OSPL retains he Content/Data for a period not exceeding the period required for the purposes for which it was collected and processed.

MODIFICATION OF CONTENT/DATA

• You can modify or edit the Content/Data that has been entered/uploaded and maintained by you on your OZOLOK Account. In case you remove the Content/Data, then the same will not be visible on your OZOLOK Account. However, the Content/Data which has either been edited or modified shall be maintained on the OSPL servers in their archive.

DEACTIVATION OF OZOLOK ACCOUNT:

• You can deactivate your OZOLOK Account by contacting our Customer Care Department. When you do, the Content/Data will be removed from the OSPL , including but not limited to your email, name, photo(s), friends list and Logs. Backup copies of this Content/Data will be removed from our server based upon an automated schedule, which means it may persist in our archive for a short period. OSPL may continue to use your de-identified data after you deactivate your account.

DELETION OF OZOLOK ACCOUNT

• OSPL allows you to suppress your user profile directly from OZOLOK App. To delete your account, you just need to contact our customer care department or Follow the instruction given in settings .The Content/Data which identifies you directly will then be deleted from OSPL ’s servers. However, the Content/Data may be retained within the security backups that we regularly make. This is why the Content/Data may remain on our servers after your request. In order to ensure free access to the Content/Data, OSPL gives you the option of retaining the Content/Data locally before deleting OZOLOK account. This will be done following a secured procedure.

SAFE STORAGE OF CONTENT/DATA

• Though we do not guarantee or warranty as to the security of the Content/Data, however, the Content/Date is stored and processed on our servers. Our servers are located in CHINA and are therefore subject to regulations that guarantee you a high level of protection for your personal data. Access is strictly restricted and various security controls, consisting of security staff, security doors and biometric readers, must be passed. Remote access to the servers is highly restricted and controlled.

CHANGE IN PRIVACY POLICY

• OSPL reserves the sole right to change the said privacy policy at any time without giving any prior notice to you for the evolution of the legal framework or when we develop our products and services. We shall inform you of any modification performed or you may know about the same by logging onto OSPL ’s website or OZOLOK App.

USE OF OZOLOK SERVICE FROM OUTSIDE INDIA

• The OZOLOK Service is hosted and operated entirely in India and is subject to Indian law. Any personal information that you provide to OSPL is being transferred to OSPL for use solely in India and will be hosted on servers in CHINA/INDIA/EUROPE. If you are accessing the OZOLOK Service from outside India, please be advised that Indian law may not offer the same privacy protections as the law of the jurisdiction outside India.

COOKIES& THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY

• We may use cookies or other similar tools on our websites or on OZOLOK App or in our email messages. These technologies help OSPL keep track of your movements within OSPL sites, measure the effectiveness of advertisements, and compile aggregate statistics about site usage and response rates. They also help you to more smoothly navigate our websites. We may also engage one or more third party service providers to serve online advertisements on our behalf. They may use a pixel tag or other similar technology to collect anonymous information about your visits to sites, and they may use that information to target advertisements for goods and services. This information is collected anonymously, in a manner that does not personally identify you. For more information regarding this practice and to opt-out of such collection and use of this information by our third party service providers.
• If you do not want information collected through the use of these technologies there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to automatically decline many of these technologies, or to be given the choice of declining or accepting them. In addition, if you reside in a jurisdiction that requires us to obtain your consent to use cookies on our sites then you will have an opportunity to manage your cookie preferences on the sites; except that certain cookies are required to enable core site functionality and you cannot choose to disable those cookies.
• We use locally stored objects, also known as Flash cookies, in certain situations where we use the Adobe Flash Player to provide special content such as videos or video clips. These linked sites, services, and applications are not under OSPL 's control and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any linked sites, services, and applications. If you provide any Content/Data through any third-party sites, services, or applications, your transaction will occur on the third party's site, service, and/or application and the information you provide will be collected by, and controlled by, the privacy statement of that third party. OSPL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OR THE CONTENT OF THIRD-PARTY WEB SITES OR THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS.
